How can I modify my online order once I have submitted a payment?

If your order has already been processed and you would like to remove or add items, please contact us immediately at (818) 481-4803 to make the corrections to your order.

What is your return/refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with our products, we would like to correct the problem. Please call (818) 481-4803. Otherwise, you can fill out the "Return Request Form" located under "My Accounts." You must login to view your account and open a request ticket.

What are your shipping options?

We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx for all states. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. You can choose Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air for shipping. Deliveries will only be in effect during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Any order placed during Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. USPS ground shipments take between 2-10 business days in transit. The shipment originates from California. We cannot ship to a PO box address. All Next Day or Second Day Air service will be shipped the following business day. Your product will depart our shipping location the business day after you place your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to any shippable address in the world. The only caveat is that the Menu of shippers provide service to your location.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We can also process your order over the phone.

What happens to my credit card information after my ordered has been placed?

Your credit card information is never stored with us, or any database for your security. For returning customers you will need to re-enter your credit card information for every order.

My Account and Order Status?

Sign in with your username and password located on our home page www.cooper-product.com. Once you are logged in you will be able to view all your previous and pending orders. If you forgot your password, right below the log in section type in your email and a password will be sent to your email address. You may also contact us for additional help. We strongly urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your shopping to prevent someone else from accessing your account.
